Admission Procedures

To begin the admissions process, students should complete and submit an application form.

Please submit the completed application form through either in person or email.

The following documents must be submitted with the application form.

  1. Passport

  2. Transcripts for the past 3 years

  3. Vaccination Record (Submitted on the first day of school)

  4. IELTS or TOEFL test result (optional)

Once the application is received, a student recruitment specialist will contact you to discuss your enrollment options.

Our admission officer will review your application documents and issue the Conditional Acceptance Letter and the invoice for the payment of tuition.

After receiving an offer of admission and an invoice, applications are required to pay the full tuition fees through either wire-transfer, bank-transfer or certified cheques.

Please email the receipt of the payment to us as proof of payment.

Once payment is made in full, Official Acceptance Letter and Official Receipt will be issued.

It is the responsibility of parents and students to apply for a Canadian Study permit, Visa depending on students’ nationality.

In case your application for Study Permit is refused, you must provide the letter of refusal that is issued by the Canadian immigration Office, the Letter of Acceptance and tuition receipt to our school.

Upon receipt of these documents, we will refund the tuition fee.(deducting administrative fee)

Important: In case, the applicant cancels the application to our school for reasons other than a visa refusal, the student  will not receive the refund.

Our residence provides facilities that are safe, secure, well-maintained, and reasonably priced.

Residents are highly encouraged to engage in various activities at the Residence to build a supportive community that respects personal space, values diversity, equity and inclusion.

Our Homestay Program offers a comfortable home atmosphere where students can live with a Canadian family.

Host families are knowledgeable in hosting international students and strive to provide a safe, comfortable and caring living environment.

Please inform the student service coordinator when you are arriving to Canada to arrange for airport-pick up.
